100 Hour Anatomy in Action 2007-2008

How The Brain Works: Neuro-Anatomy Made Easy
Embryology The Inside Out Story!
Muscles in Motion
Anatomy for Homeschoolers (customized courses)
Cranial Sacral Building Blocks

Anatomy in Action
be it a 36, 100 or 150 hour curriculum emphasizes concepts required for entry into more advanced courses and success in a practical work-related environment requiring knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Courses have
been set up in conjunction with the Vancouver School Board, Langara College, Vancouver Homeopathic Academy and Sourcepoint Shiatsu Training and other alternative health studies.

We employ Interactive Accelerated Learning techniques to enliven textbook anatomy and physiology in a whole new way. These techniques enable students to learn quickly with greater understanding and recall. You will learn the basics of anatomy and physiology with an instructor who teaches you how to learn while you learn.

Anyone with an interest to learn (or re-learn!) anatomy and physiology is welcome to attend.

Carol-Anne's delivery integrates the foundations of Western Medicine with Eastern Philosophy and Homeopathy.

The Brain in Detail : Neuroanatomy
The Brain in Detail is an introduction to neuroanatomy designed to give practitioners a better understanding of how the brain works. This 4-day course is a stimulating, action oriented approach to covering complex material.

This course will provide you with a solid scientific underpinning that adds effectiveness and credibility to your work as health and energy practitioner.

What you will learn:
1. complex information in an interactive format,
2. fundamentals of Neuroanatomy ( brain and nervous system),
3. application of scientific language,
4. implication of heart and brain research .

Why come?
1. to co-ordinate and connect what you do to the
fundamentals of brain/heart science,
2. to build self confidence in your understanding
of how what you do works,
3. to appreciate theories around the brain: their use and misuse

Our goal in bringing this class to you: is that by learning the application of scientific language to describe mind-body techniques, may lead to an improvement in your powers of communication and co-operation. Building bridges to grow and nourish the effectiveness and acceptance of our/your work.

“It will be a stimulating, action-oriented, non-stressful 24 hours over four days of immense learning and excitement.”
